EmploTime - Subscription Terms
The service is paid by yearly subscription and billed at the beginning of the subscription, for the following year.
The following are the Subscription Plans for small and medium business which include all the features given by EmploTime.
Plan 1 : Is the EmploTime yearly subscription for up to 5 (five) employees. Plan 1 costs 60 usd
Plan 2 : Is the EmploTime yearly subscription for up to 10 (ten) employees. Plan 2 costs 120 usd
Plan 3 : Is the EmploTime yearly subscription for up to 20 (twenty) employees. Plan 3 costs 240 usd
Plan 4 : Is the EmploTime yearly subscription for up to 50 (fifty) employees. Plan 4 costs 600 usd
Plan 5 : Is the EmploTime yearly subscription for up to 100 (one hundred) employees. Plan 5 costs 1200 usd
In addition, we offer a monthly Subscription Plan for up to 20 employees which include all the features given by EmploTime.
Monthly Plan : Is the EmploTime monthly subscription for up to 20 (twenty) employees. Monthly Plan costs 25 usd
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
If the customer decides during an activation subscription to upgrade/downgrade the plan, will be no refund/credit for the previous plan, except, in the case the refund is requested within the 7 days of the purchase and the new subscription will take effect with full payment for the new plan. For the avoidance of any doubt, if a customer purchases a plan on 01/01/2014 for one year, and by 05/05/2014 the customer decides to upgrade the plan – the first plan will be automatically cancelled and the new contract will take effect on 05/05/2014 with full payment until 04/05/2015.
Renewal of the subscription: in order to renew the subscription, the customer should purchase a new plan. The subscription will not be renewed automatically.
Emplotime , has the right to suspend or terminate any customer account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other EmploTime service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of the Account or the access to the Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all data in the Account. EmploTime reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Clock: The customer has all the responsibility to let EmploTime know of issues related to clock synchronization, or any other issues in the program clock. The customer will not reclaim for any kind of problem including synchronize clock, financial loss, attendance error clock, etc.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
